Vice President & SG of CEES LIN Zhiqin Attended Reception for Dr. Andra Rupprechter, Austrian

In the evening of 9^th November, the Executive Vice President and Secretary General of the 9^th China Energy and Environment Summit (CEES)LIN Zhiqin attended reception for Dr. Andra Rupprechter, Austrian Federal Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, on invitation of Austrian Ambassador Dr. Irene Giner-Reichl. In the reception, Professor LIN Zhiqin gave the 1^st CEES blue book Green Development Global Dream(2014) and the 2^nd CEES blue book Theory of Green Development for Ash Haze Dissipation(2016)  （http://www.ceeschina.org/view.asp?id=719&cid=11&pid=19）to Austrian Ambassador Irene Giner-Reichl and Austrian Ambassador Andra Rupprechter as presents respectively, and had in-depth discussion on Sino-Austria cooperation in terms of environment, energy and green development. Theory of Green Development for Ash Haze Dissipation was reviewed by The People's Daily and translated into 8 languages by Central Compilation and Translation Bureau and were published by China Economic Publishing House, attracting great attention from central government, governments at all levels, all sectors of society and domestic and overseas. In addition, Professor LIN Zhiqin introduced the summit and delivered the invitation letter to Dr. Irene Giner-Reichl, the Austrian Ambassador and the chair of GFSE, and warmly invited Dr. Irene to give a keynote speech under the topic “The Foresight of Sustainable Energy & its Sino-Austria and Global Cooperation” on the 9^th CEES（http://www.ceesint.org/view.asp?id=383&cid=23&pid=20). Dr. Irene Giner-Reichl, Dr. Andra Rupprechter and Professor LIN Zhiqin had cordial handshakes and took photos at the reception. Representatives from Austrian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, environmental institutions, energy agencies, Chamber Commerce, government agencies, firms of environmental governance, the European Union, UN Industrial Development Organization, World Bank ect. also attended this reception.
